- Employees select the benefit which meet their needs and are shown a 'cost breakdown' of their choices

FirstFlex
This is designed for companies who wish to have an element of flexible benefits within their total benefit package.

CafeteriaFlex
All the advantages of 'FirstFlex' and empowers employees to purchase their own benefits and have the cost deducted from payroll.
FullFlex
Hosted on a secure website, which can be delivered via the company's intranet or via the internet, each employee will have a personalised 'flex' account. Operating much like a personal expenses account, employees can keep a close eye on their benefits, allocating their set 'spending allowance' to suit their current personal circumstances which they can change every year.
