The team are very forward thinking and have robust processes to support all of these policy types.
In particular, they are acutely aware of the increasing incidence of income protection claims (primarily stress and back related) which many companies are experiencing. Therefore, control of these claims and in turn, the underlying costs, is a key area of focus for the team.
