CLAIMS SUPPORT SERVICE
An integral part of the Jelf Wellbeing service is the advice and support we provide for Group Secretaries and scheme members when 'claims' questions, queries and problems arise.
A dedicated team of highly experienced advisors manage the "claims support service" which is available to all Jelf Wellbeing clients.
GROUP SECRETARY
For the Group Secretary there are a whole range of areas where this service is invaluable. For example, to request assistance in resolving a problem with an insurer in respect of the interpretation of a specific rule or it may be to speak to a hospital regarding a late payment of an invoice.
SCHEME MEMBER
The service is available to scheme members who have run into problems with the insurer and would welcome some support in understanding the position and having their case presented in a light which may have a more positive outcome.
